Running for a Living Land
The growing popularity of trail running has brought more athletes into protected natural spaces, often without enough awareness of the impact they leave behind.
La Batega, we advocate for a responsible racing model that respects and protects the mountains, giving back to the land a portion of what it offers us. To achieve this, a percentage of the race proceeds will be donated to a local environmental initiative. Furthermore, we will use our social media platforms for outreach and organize awareness activities throughout the race weekend.
